Michael „Mike” Gryglewski
Michael was introduced to sailing at the age of 8 by his father who was a big boat sailor. After a very successful optimist career Michal stared sailing Lasers and also excelled in that class.
Now He is a full time sailing coach and enjoys sailing Melges Escow and Match racing from time to time.

Kacper Gryglewski (Michal’s brother)
Is our charter and Logistics specialist. He started sailing together with Michael in an Optimist after that he sailed on a Laser 4.7 and Radial.
He finished 4th in the Polish Laser 4.7 Nationals and was a member of the regional and national team for several years. He specializes in fiberglass and outboard engine mechanics. He even build he build his first rib from a scratch once !
